Shahi Kitchen Ltd is seeking a Digital Marketing Analyst to research market trends, analyse customer behaviour and digital performance, and provide insights to support business growth and marketing decisions.

£42,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and analyse trends within the food and takeaway industry.
- Collect and interpret customer, sales and digital marketing data.
- Research competitors, customer preferences and emerging business opportunities.
- Evaluate digital marketing campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare analytical reports, dashboards and presentations for management.
- Conduct customer research and analyse feedback to understand purchasing behaviour.
- Present findings and evidence-based recommendations to support business planning and marketing strategy.
Skills and Requirements
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience in marketing analytics, market research, business analysis or a related field.
- Strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills.
- Experience interpreting data and preparing reports.
- Familiarity with digital analytics tools and spreadsheet-based analysis.
- Excellent written communication, organisation and presentation skills.
